--Bottled at SBWF 2021. -- Clear golden, small head. Distinct grassy, bready nose. Dry with light to medium body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Grassy, spicy and bready. Long bitter finish.

Can. Gold with a doming white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma is more hay than bread, spices. But it does have a brief breast richness before a spicy and somewhat lemony bitter end. Good.

Slightly hazy golden color. Frothy white head. Massive dry grassy hoppy nose with cereal notes underneath. Wow. The nose is super true to style. Grassy mouth but hops don’t shine quit as much bitterness could be amped up ever so slightly. Still refreshing, with a snappy dry finish. Nice example. Would like to try super fresh

16 oz. can from AJ's. Awesome pilsner nose, crackery malt, a bit bready, clean, great aroma of noble hops: light citrus, leaves, grass, herbs. Right on. Brilliant bright gold with a high, airy head. Awesome malt flavor, on the clean, light side, but bready and rich, amazing hops. Peppery, spicy, grassy, light citrus, and snappy bitterness. This is an awesome American pilsner. Lemony, crisp, nearly perfect. Not quite up to Suarez's, but almost. Need a few more of these. Note: must add that the 4 times I had it afterwards it was nowhere near as good as this. I think handling and freshness is a huge factor in this score. I will leave the best score here, though.
