Draught Disparate greyish-transparant rim over opaque dark brown beer. Vinous, old (?, sorry) wet wood, partly dried red fruit, shrivelled berries. Vinous, red wine, mix of sweet(ish) and sour, fruity acidity. There's traces of vanilla. Acidthinning and light -burn. Not very carbonated, certain slickness present, with long acidity and fruitflavours. Restrained sour, very vinous, likeable.
Pours clear , ocerbrown. Dark. No head. Scent is mild chocolate. balanced, but very expressive on the oak (uncharred) . Taste is full, touch tart, young wood. Bit glue. Fairly intense. Mildly tart. Decent.

Bottle. Batch #3. Dark brown color. Sour plums, pepper, caramel and oak in the aroma. Malty sweet, caramelly flavor wth a moderate sourness, roast, alcohol, dried fruit, sour plums. Oak, especially noticeable in the aftertaste. Full bodied, Nice and complex.
Pours clear, dark brown. Smell is rather mild, fresh oak indeed. Mild maltyness, some tart / funk by the morpheus yeast. Taste is full, sweet, mild funkyness. Less than expected by the scent. Not that tart. Not bad !
