Bottle. Batch #3. Dark brown color. Sour plums, pepper, caramel and oak in the aroma. Malty sweet, caramelly flavor wth a moderate sourness, roast, alcohol, dried fruit, sour plums. Oak, especially noticeable in the aftertaste. Full bodied, Nice and complex.
Pours clear, dark brown. Smell is rather mild, fresh oak indeed. Mild maltyness, some tart / funk by the morpheus yeast. Taste is full, sweet, mild funkyness. Less than expected by the scent. Not that tart. Not bad !
Tap. Darkest brown color with beige head. Aroma is caramel, wood sugar, . Taste is wood sugar, crazy red wine funk, woody af, too much for me. Dry, but too much for me.
