Bottle. RBESG 2019. Pale amber color. Caramel and a hint of brett in the aroma. Citric bretty flavor witha hint of caramel. Friendly and well made beer.

RBESG 19 Grand Tasting. Murky brown body, off white head. Tart, guess hoppy? berry aroma, caramelly (or clean?), some wood notes. Fresh wood-driven taste, quite interesting, some more fruity notes. My notes trail off... figured it was good but not great.

27 April 2019. At Zythos Bierfestival. Deputy Taster: Anke. Cheers to Ama Deke, Erwin, John & Meeki! Hazy brown, quickly thinning, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of vinegar, wood, almond, sour cherry & grapes, marzipan, dough. Taste is light to medium funky sour, prune, cherry, lactic acid & vinegar supplemented by bitter grape, wood, sweetish malty notes of dough & almond, leading to a dryish, herbal hoppy finish where wood, almond & sour vinegar linger. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Nicely balanced Oud Bruin - but is it?

Sporo cieknej owocowosci, niemalo jakichs slodkich, karmelowych klimatow, na to wszystko. Bretty, kapke apteczno-sianowate. Slodko-kwasne. Wynalazek, ale nawet niezly wynalazek, ciekawy

Cloudy brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a pleasant woody sharpness . Some wild funk too. Really complex.
