Lightly rose pink with sparse quickly dissipating foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of brett and barnyard. The palate is moderately carbonated and medium bodied. Highly tart with light flavors of citrus and cherry, along with a sharp acidity throughout.

Bottle from Biervana, bb 2028. Clear reddish amber, low white creamy head. Dry barn, redcurrant and musselshell aroma. Medium light tart, light sparkly mouthfeel. Initially sour, mellows out after a little bit. Fairly baryardy/funky, the berries mostly are there as a extra ribes flavor (imagine that), fairly good balance with a interesting salty finish, berries retronasal.

375ml bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck. Pours deep hazed pink, thin off-white bubbles atop. Bright acidic sour nose, some blue cheese. Super tangy character overall with ripe tart redcurrants alongside a naturally sharp sour tang. Too crisp and tangy for some perhaps, but certainly not lacking in flavour.
