Fellowship 2018 no. 6. I was a bit worried here, as Shiso can be easily overpowering. No need to worry, blendmasters at Alvinne know what they do. Nicely Morpheusd sour, some peach, plenty of wine and wood, with a subtle minty Shiso touch. Balanced.
Cherry drop sweets in a glass. Excellent beer.
Bottle at home. Totally clear light pinkish with small beige head. Looks very nice. Yoghurt, light red wine, soft berries, a touch of the herbs but not too strong, a hint of chemical sourness, balsamico. Has a lot of the Alvinne balsamico and yoghurt notes with nice red wine barrel, herbs are in the background. Solid medium sour and almost medium sweet. Medium bodied with quite low carbonation. Very tasty, could have a touch more carb maybe.
