375ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours a generally clear deep red, small white head. Aroma presents sour lactic cherries. Taste is extremely sharp with prominent cherries and a bright acidity, red wine tannin is fairly low in the mix, very subtle and barely noticeable vanilla and cacao. Excellent sharp acidic cherry sour, reminiscent of a beefed up Alexander.

Head reduced to white rim; faintly hazy deep-red beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Laurel, red fruit, red berries, lactic acid. Sour red fruit, hint at chocolate or mole. Quite sour, lactic acid. In the finish, there's fruity character a gogo, vanilla and tonkabean-like sweetness, if soft. Acidthinning, medium carbonation, fruitslick. Very good fruitsour.

Bottled 10/26/2017. bourdeaux / brownish color, almost no head. smells of raspberries, earthy, light vinegar, peppery, nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of vinegar, berry notes, raspberries, earthy, peppery, spices, light blackberry notes, grassy. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of berry notes, light vinegar and peppery notes. very nice one, extra point for being quite unique, gets quite a bit better once it warms up. did not like this at first, but very nice one after it warms.

Bottle 375ml. [ As Almanac Astounding Enterprises ].Clear medium red colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white - light pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, tart, berry, cocoa, raspberry, vanilla - chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, cherry - strawberry - raspberry, cocoa, chocolate - vanilla, sour fruit, lemony - grapes - wine -wood. Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Cloudy dark red amber, small offwhite head. Aroma has sour berries, light vanilla. Slightly vinous. Similar flavour, rather smooth and nicely drinkable. Not much cacao except for at light earthy note in the finish.

RBWG 2018. Draft at Slaters courtesy of Ferris, thanks! Hazy reddish color. Aroma of plums and cherris. Taste is vinous dark fruit with soft sourness. Delicious.

Draft - Soured cherry and raspberry. Cloudy maroon with a small white. Soured red berries, some skin and a very light sourness. Clean and and well balanced.
