Bottle @ the source. Reddish pink color. BlackBerry, raspberry and oak in the aroma. Sour flavor with BlackBerry and raspberry. Dry, especially in the aftertaste. Soft earthy notes.

Bottle. Pours dark red. Aroma and flavor are fruity, sour, acidic, blueberry, berries, cherries. Overall: good.

Ravishing deep cardinal red coloured beer under a small pink head, fast gone. Insanely fruity nose (red fruit, dark berries, fresh-smelling) with mildly lemony barnyard odours. Sour, lemony, redcurrant, other berries with fruit acids in abundance. Less lambic-oriented than the nose, it's all about the fruit in the mouth. Tart², dry-out effect, immensely refreshing, acidthinning. Long lasting fruity flavours. OK, this beer is a little gem, true. Still, the asking price (€60 in the pub) is nothing but the vindication of the speculative buyers, the anonymous middlemen. THEY'VE WON, SHAME!

Vollmundig fruchtiger, stark säuerlicher Beginn. Steigende Säure, intensiv, vollmundig, süffig. Spritzig, langer säuerlicher Abgang. 9/11/9/9//9

Bottle. Hazy purple color with pinkish head. Aroma is blueberries, raspberries, milky yeast. Taste is blueberries, yeast, raspberries, leather, lots of berry skin smoothie, slightly tannic finish. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Great!

Bottle shared at the source. Bit hazy ruby purple with small dull pink head. Funk, soft sulphur, blueberries, more wet cellar funk, flowery, cassis. I don’t get any cherry really but there are some light raspberries. Not much grain, but soft lemon peel under the funk. Maybe some mint? Over medium sour, light sweet and very light bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.

Bottle sample at the source. Fresh bottle. Beautiful pour kf clear dark red near purple with fine pink purple head. Massive cooked sweet dark cherries. Bitter blackberry leaves, earthy fruity notes. Soft and dreamy berries allover. Moderate sweet, mild bitter, light sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.
Incredible aroma, super juicy blueberry and cassis. Tart, juicy, dry. Nice and incredibly fruity.
