Can. Deep golden colour with a small white foamy head, which leaves slight lace. Aroma is grass, some tropical fruits and mild citrusy tones. Flavour is tropical fruits, citrus, some crisp malts and mild caramel to it.

Slightly unclear medium golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, pine, grass, fruity hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, citrusy, fruity notes. Bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, pine resin. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, indeed a bitter, hoppy lager, nice.

[ As Spike Da Pils Modernum ].Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, hay, sweet malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, frutiy hops, pale malt, grain, fruity malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled, from Systembolaget. Almost clear pale amber, mid sized head. Lemony spicy grainy nose. Mid dry with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Resiny and grainy. Unpolished and unbalanced.

Draught @ brewery. Poured golden color with a thick white head. Hoppy, fruity, malty aroma. Some hay. Nice bitterness. Flavor has mild pine, grainy malts, grass. Biting finish.
