From tap at MBCC. Light hazy ruby red color with off white to pinkish head. Malty and yeasty aroma, heavy fruity, sweet and tart berries, light funky. Sweet and acidic fruity taste like aroma. Medium almost oily body with soft carbonation.

[ As Crooked Stave / Omnipollo Bianca Raspberry Wild Wild Brett ].Unclear matt medium red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate to heavy raspberry, summer raspberry, frozen raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, frozen raspberry, summer raspberry, sweet raspberry. Bottle courtesy of Henok & Magnus. Hazy ruby red pour with a small frothy pink head. Intense raspberry nose diving in to depths of black currants & even sour cherries. Cracker malts, unflavoured yoghurt, leathery funk & lemon. Tiny sweet, sour, fruity & tiny funky taste. Soft, round, tiny dry & tart mouthfeel. Heavy, almost smoothie-like berries. Very light clotted cream butter edge that might just be the lactobacillus & lactose playing tricks on me. Very good heavy fruity sour! Glad I have another bottle. Will be fun to revisit in 6-12 months when hopefully the brett cracks through the fruit more.

No BB? bordeaux like color, small white head. smells lightly of raspberries, marzipan nutty, lightly acidic, citric, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of raspberries, citric, nutty, marzipan, earthy, light green apples, light vinegar, grassy. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of raspberries, green apples and light vinegar. very nice one, overall good balance on the taste, gets just a tad harsh once warm. great stuff overall. 8, 4, 8, 4, 16

Bottle thanks rob Chow. Pours a cloudy ruby with small pinkish white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong berry, cherry, funk, oak. Medium body, jammy berry, oak, funk, light acidity, really enjoyed this.
