Bouteille de 75cl @ La Tana partagée avec Vincent, Kevin et Adrien.
BB Nov 2031, bottled Nov 2021.
Dorée-orange, col fin blanc.
Smells like a river, nice and balanced
Bottle. Small gusher ( overflowing foam, really) . pours rather cleaer blonde, small white head fades fast. Scent is tart, oak, lactic, dusty. Bit acetic acid, bit sweaty. Taste is strong tart, mild acetic acid. lactic acid. mild funk. Strong oak ( buttery vanilla) . Easey drinker. fairly dry. Medium body and carbo.

Nice one, tastes quite young still, bit heavy on the horse radish notes, also a bit simple, but tastes promising.

Thanks Why for sharing! Teku showing deep gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of tart brett. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Lightly tart with moderately intense notes of pineapple and light lemon.
75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Feb '20, in a desolate town centre during the famous Shrewsbury floods of 2020. Misty golden orange pour, patchy off white head. Aroma of lovely fresh citrussy wild lambic, continuing to taste, bright and floral with additional lemon hints. Great balanced Gloucester Gueuze, exceptional.
Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie; 24th Feb 2020. Cheers Paolo for this 750ml cap and corked bottle (Aug 19-Aug 29). Sour Puss with sweaty farmyards to the fore, misty yellow, thin topping; thanks, but no thanks.
Sampled at Borefts Pre-Tasting 2019. Golden color, small white head. Aroma is sour, barnyard, horse blanket. Flavor is again sourish but less than I had expected, tart might be a better description, yellow color, less dry than I had expected. Quite good.
