Our Tripel Lindy is brewed with authentic Belgian-style yeast and brown sugar, contributing mild spice and fruity esters to its pilsner-like body. We then laid this ale down exclusively in French oak casks for eight months, lending soothing notes of lemon peel, vanilla, and oak for a refined and balanced experience.

Draught @ Mikkeller & Friends, Stefansgade 35, DK-2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark. [ As Funky Buddha Tripel Lindy - Chardonnay BA ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, pale malt, sweet malt, light chardonnay - wood - wine. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, chardonnay - wood - wine, wood, sweet malt - yeast, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160515] 7-3-7-3-14

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends. Light pale orange. Smells like a pale ale and tastes pretty much the same, with a subtle white wine influence. Alcoholic aftertaste.
