Bottle at Lingua. Aroma is full of raspberry. Taste is lightly funky, tart, bit of citrus, slightly yoghurty. Good stuff
Bottle 500ml. @ Craig’s House - Edinburgh. [ As Prairie 3rd Anniversary Ale ].Hazy matt medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy - yeasty, citrus, tart, tart raspberry and sweet rapsberry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart rasperry, fruity, citrus, funky, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Has a great cream foamy head and foggy pink body. Aroma of sour peaches, rose wine, lambic hints and barn hay. Flavour is heavy acidic fruit notes with peach skins, tannins of apircot and a whole lot of woody vanilla. Good medium mouthfeel vibe and oily just enough. It’s a great mix of barnhouse funkiness and soft sour ale sophistication.

Tap at DC Hamamatsu. Huge raspberry nose, creamy, some lactic acid, lemon. Lovely. Very cloudy orange-pink with lace. Smooth and creamy, nice tartness. Very smooth, great balance.
Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a hazy pink lemonade color with a nice champagne-like head that lingers throughout. Barnyard nose with some light tartness present. Wet hay, grass, gooseberry, lemon zest and lime all stand out with raspberry noticeable in the background. Above average carbonation with a light-ish body. Hides the abv fairly well, but as it warms some light booze is noticeable on the finish. The raspberry balanced well with the farmhouse base. Good tartness on the palate. Dry finish that is crisp and refreshing. Another winner from Prairie. --- Beer merged from original tick of 3rd Anniversary Ale on 08 Jan 2016 at 22:27 - Score: 8. Original review text: More prairie goodness. Raspberry farmhouse ale!
Pours like pink lemonade, moderate filtration, with a finger and a half of clean white foam. The nose shows a mix of corn malts and brett with a bigger emphasis on the brett. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Flavors of malt mixed with brett once again with a heavier emphasis on the brett. Light tartness on the first impression and the mid-palate. Alot of raspberry flavor appear on the finish and the linger to give a somewhat sweet fruit aftertaste. On a second swig, the raspberries make a big appearance throughout in the background. Another one to Prairie.
Bottle courtesy of iphonephan, thank you! Gusher. Cloudy to murky pink color, off white head. Nice fruity aroma with a decent helping of funk. Taste is softly sour, lightly tart raspberries, cherries, lemon. Very nice.
