Cask (handpump) @ Canalhouse, 48-52 Canal Street, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 7EH. [ As Castle Rock Crafty Flanker ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, light hoppy, fruity, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sharp, pale malt, sweet malt, butterscotch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask. Clear golden yellow color, scant head. Aroma of medicinal lemon. Taste is light lemon. Plain.

Tried at the Nottingham beer festival. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are sweet and fruity.
