Draught@CBC2016. Deep copper colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some alcohol, mild nuts, some liquorice. Flavour is quite similar, with the nuts being more evident. Alcohol gives a warming feel, but doesn't disturb the flavour.

Clear purple brown beer, small creamy aery off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, dried fruits, bit spicy, honey, more oxidation, alcohol, bourbon, soft roast, some cardboard, vanilla notes. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: oh yes, quite some vanilla up front, lots of alcohol, bitter, soft roast, more alcohol, spicy, dry. Aftertaste: sugary, oxidized, some caramel, bitter, soft roast, spicy, herbal, some cardboard, more oxidation.

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Øksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Jackie O’s Bourbon Barrel Brick Kiln Nuts ].ABV: 11.8%. Clear dark dark brown color with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, bread, dried fruit, nutty, bourbon, laber laver, figs, chocolate - vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, bourbon, nutty, dark malt, dried fruit, figs, chocolate - vanilla, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160514] 8-3-8-4-16

Bottle thanks to James. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong toffee, wood, bourbon, nuts. Medium body, candy sugar, toffee, bourbon, syrupy, very good.
