Tap at CBC 2016 Yellow session. Poured almost black with a thin whispy tan head. The aroma is sweet roasty malt, molasses. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich oily, red berry fruit, alcoholic bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. A great beer but with a little too much alcohol burn.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast, chocolate, oak, booze. Thick mouth, chewy, oak, roast, dark fruit, strong booze, very good.
