500ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet City Nord. Crocheted lacing from a beige coloured head. Near black in the glass with a rustic shade. Delicate, earthy chocolate nose, nicely roasted. Flavours of dark bread, coffee, and dark chocolate supported by a piney touch to a roasted bitter ending. Fine bodied. Pleasant porter. (Bodø Panorama 21.03.2018).
Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Drukket på Bergstua 9 Sep 17. Så vidt gjennomskinnelig dyprød / svart. Filmskum med litt farge. Kaffearoma. Smaken brent kaffe med hint av lakris i ettersmaken. Lett tørr avslutning.
Draught @ De Molen shared by Thompson. Dark brown color with a light red glare coming through when held into the light, medium sized light brown colored head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, surprisingly hoppy for a porter. Taste malts, lightly brown malts and again hops. Huh? Weirdest porter I’ve ever tried I think. More a hoppy brown als imo.
Draft @ Brouwcafé de Molen. Black beer, medium head. Aroma is malt, coffee, raisins. Taste is the same quite creamy. nice.
