Bottle 750ml. @ [ madmitch76 - 20K Tasting ] - chriso & Boudicca House, London. [ As Upright Sole Composition: Single Cask Six ].Clear medium red orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate to light heavy oxidide, tart, red fruit - cherry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet fruit - berry, tart, oxidide, light wood - cheery - cherry stone. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160115]

Shared by Todd at RBSG 2015. 750mL capped bottle. Aroma is old smelling, some cardboard and barrel sourness. Some fruit like aspects. Flavor is less old tasting with some light puckering vinegar, loses the fruity character, drying at the end. I dislike the aged character at this point. Otherwise, aight.

Bottle on the RBSG bus. Pours a hazy copper with no head. The aroma is cherry skin, oak, vinegar. Thin mouth, cherries, wood, very tart, really nice.

Bottle - Light funk, berry and pear. Cloudy amber with a rich beige head. Tart berry, apricot and other white fruits. Very dry finish.

Bottle courtesy of GT2, another huge thanks! Murky amber brown color, fluffy off tan head. Aroma of sourdough brown bread. Taste is softly sour fresh plums, a bit of red wine vinegar at the finish. Tasty.

Bottle 37 of 113. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose/taste of raspberry vinegar, wild yeast, cheese, tart cherry, cocoa and light vanilla notes. Medium body. Vinegaresque acidity and tartness - but not overpowering.

Bottle with Doodler and Co. Thanks everyone! Red orange appearance with a small head. Dark raspberry, red wine, moderately sour aroma. Quite tart, funky, dark raspberry, red wine flavor. Maybe my favorite of the sole composition series...
