Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Deschutes Zythos Black Rye IPA ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, rye, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus, dark fruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark fruit, roasted, pine, citrus, fruity hops, rye. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. Cask at GBBF... Dark black.. Thin tan head... Soft chocolate roast malts nose.. Dark berries chocolate fruits roast.. Light licorice
