How: Cask.
Where: GBBF 14.
Appearance: Hazy amber colour with a minimal tan head.
Aroma: Caramel, hops, fruit.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Caramel, citrus, bitter, some fruit.
Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Hazy red brownish color, small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste are a bit weird, like some sort of fruit juice, lightly hoppy as well and slightly fruit peel bitter in the finish. A bit thin texture, average body and carbonation.
Cask - Caramel and a bit of boozy twig. Cloudy brown with not head. Twig and medicinal bitterness. This tastes like a mistake was made. Draft - Caramel and piny hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Caramel, Woody pine notes, some balanced bitterness and a very dry finish. Maybe a bit too dry? Better than cask.
