Lambic with a kind of Sea Buckthorn, that growns in the mountains. ( It appears there isn't a real translation for it )

Almost clear golden. Creamy white head. Dry funky nose. Quite fruity funky. Soft mouthfeel. Wild. Lemon notes. Lovely.

375ml bottle at Cantillon. Hazy golden color with a fine head. Woody, citrusy nose, with some berry-like fruit (no idea what sea buckthorn actually tastes like personally). Very sour and dry flavor, sharp and acidic. Soft, silky body. Interesting but this is a bit too sour for me, and it seems like the fruit is just adding more sourness, rather than other interesting notes.

Taet, herbal, lightly mineral (sulphuric), notes of green berries, tea, Cantillon funk (soft, with notes of hay and dank cellar). Not bad 4.0

0,375l from bottle at Cantillon. Dark yellow hazy colour, small white head. Smells barnyard, earthy, citric, grassy, bit cheesy, manure, quite funky. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, light berry notes, citric, lactic, grassy, peppery. Finishes quite dry and medium sour with notes of citrus, grass and earthy notes. Quite nice one, berry notes not super present but overall very enjoyable

Aromat troche oborowy, do tego ser i siano. Owocowosc imho tylko z dzikusow. Ciut cierpki. Ladna rownowaga w smaku. 4.1?

Bottle at the brewery. Slight hazy golden with nice lasting white head. Lots of straight up lambic notes with bright lemon, funk, light mineral, dry wheat notes, quite some horse too. Then there’s the sea buckthorn coming through but quite balanced, not overpowering at all. Over medium sour, light bitter and very light sweet. Medium bodied with pleasant sparkly carbonation. Nice.

Bottle at the source. Hazy golden with white head. Strong sour and strong bitter buckthorn, fruity, floral notes of pollen, nectar, but also pretty sharp sour lambic, some parmezan cheesy sweaty funk, quite dry and heavy bitter. Strong sour and bitter, very light fruity sweetness. Medium body, light carbonation.
