Bottle 500ml. [ As Charlevoix Flacatoune ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, light moderate yeasty, fruity, belgium yeast, spicy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter bitter with a long duration, wheat - yeast, spicy, fruity, spicy yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150116]

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, coarse head. Tart and somewhat milky with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Grass and buckwheat, light freshening tartness. Mid bitter finish. Elegant and really tasty!

Bottled@SBWF2014. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, herbal and mildly nutty and earthy notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, mild floral notes, nectar, mild spices as well as some sweet maltiness to it.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Joes. A bit hazy orange golden color, full sized a bit rough white head. Aroma is lightly malts, yeasty, a hint of herbs or spices. Taste lightly malts, again lightly herbs or spices, slightly sweet, yeasty. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden colour with a medium sized white head. Smells slightly sour, Belgian yeast, dusty. Tastes slightly sour, Belgian yeast, malts. Medium carbo, medium body.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner großen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, malzig fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig, würzig, malzig fruchtig, belgische Hefe.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur dorée un peu trouble. Mousse blanche persistente. Arôme fruité, de poire, levure. Goût fruité, levure, malt. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Bottle. Pours semi cloudy straw gold with bone white head. Nose/taste of lemon cake, bready malts, pale fruit, lemon zest and herbal notes. Medium body.

Has an exceptionally nice big white head and a very nice clear gold body. Soft fruity grain aroma that is held back by aggressive carbonation. Flavour is witbier notes over top of a slightly weak mouthfeel. Not bad, quite drinkable.

Bouteille 500ml. De couleur dorée foncée et voilée. Nez de levures fruitées (agrumes sucrées, léger de bananes, notes de poires, traces de pêches) et légèrement épicées (léger clou de girofle, traces de coriandre), de sucre bonbon, léger de houblon herbeux (herbes fraîches) avec des petites notes d’alcool. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et croustillant ainsi qu’une texture légèrement crémeuse et aux petites notes huileuses. Goût de levures fruitées (agrumes, moyen-léger de bananes, léger d’abricots, traces de pêches) et légèrement épicé (léger de clou de girofle et de coriandre, notes de poivre doux) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un moyen goût de sucre bonbon et de pain avec des notes de biscuits au miel et des traces de céréales puis en finale l’on retrouve une légère amertume asséchante de houblon herbeux (herbes fraîches) avec des notes d’alcool. Post-goût moyen-long et aux notes sèches, légèrement amer de houblon hebreux avec un goût de levures fruitées (zest d’agrumes) et des traces d’alcool.
