Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Murky amber, no head. Apple, honey and cinnamon aroma. Warming apple ad honey flavour with nice cinnamon spice.

Bottle 700ml. ceramic bottle @ RBESG 14 Grand Tasting at Moncada Brewery, Unit 1 Middle Row, Kensal Town, Greater London, England W10 5AT. [ As Dansk Mjød Jule Mjød ].Clear medium yellow color with virtualy no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, spicy honey, spices, cinnamon, xmas spices. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long long duration, honey, spicy, apple spicy, cinnamon, alcohol, light xmas spices. Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy and sticky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Even though it is quit a spicy mead i like it *

Bottle shared at RBESG 2014 Grand Tasting. Hazy yellow color. No head. Aroma is loads and loads of honey and sweetness. Taste sweetness, alcohol, honey, herbs and spices. Don’t like it at all.

Bottle - Christmas spice and honey. Cloudy gold with no head. Sweet Christmas spice and a liquor like heat, consistency and sweetness. The ultimate fireside drink.
