F: almost no real. C: shiny gold, almost clear. A: sour fruity, funky, bit brett, spicy, orange peels, lemon. T: light sour lemon, funky, brett touch, bit like lambic almost, dry grassy, only slightly acidic so quite refreshing for me, light body and almost no carbonation, enjoyed yet not for the style at all, 1/3 pint from tap @ BrewDog Brussels.

Keg @ Pint Shop Birmingham. I'm assuming it is this one, although it could be the oak-aged. Pours hazed gold, small white head. Nice fruity sour nose. Taste is wonderfully crisp, bright with a well-balanced funky sour character, some floral hints. Very good.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Hazy golden, minimal off-white head. Acidity in aroma quite high. Some herbal notes. Yeasty, funky, dusty, peppery, direct. Strong fruity sourness. Puckering. Glue. Light yeasty profile. Moderate carbonation, light to medium body, moderate finish, sharp.

Tap at Craft Room. Misty golden, not much remaining of the white head pretty fast. Vinuous, funky aroma, revealing some tartness. Refreshingly tart, it shows some mild barrel notes, peach perhaps, and a low tartness to help with the drinkability. Vague glue. A well balanced, drinkable sour saison in general.

Draft at Dynamo, Bar de Soif. Hazy pinkish red color white head. Floral perfume aroma. Taste is lightly floral pepper, easy drinking

30-04-18 // tap at Dynamo Bar Brussels. Hazy golden. White lacing. Grainy, farmhouse yeasty, mild sour, mild tartness. Good and easy saison.

Aroma of soft hops and yeasty hints. Has little head and clear golden yellow body. Flavour is strong yeastiness and hints of lemon, some serious lambic stuff going on here. Palate is okay but could has a stronger feel on the mouth. It's just an okay beer with wild ale aspirations but needs more individuality.

Tap at Murphy’s. Slightly hazy golden with white head. Grassy citrus juice, lactose, fruit yoghurt. Very nice. Moderate sour with underlying fruity sweetness. Light bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Very nice.
