On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Looks really good this. A big near everlasting dark beige lacing head over a nut brown/mild brown thing - that is the body. The aroma is not hard to identify even if the glass in on the table and I'm in a hall with 1000 smelling beer geeks. It's really woody and red berry infused. A sharp brett sourness. A little vinegar hint as well. Nice. It's really dark and roasted in the taste and compared with the slightly wood acidity it makes sense. Tones of both chocolate and coffee here. Malt vinegar. Soft to average prickling. Ending lingering. Nice one!. 02.05.2014

Dunkel säuerlicher, nicht ganz harmonischer Antrunk. Die Säuerlichkeit bleibt konstant, wenig süß, vollmundig. Sehr eigenes, nicht ganz stimmiges Bier. 11/10/8/8//9
