On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Not to much of head on this but what's there is sidesticking and deep beige. Smells like a lovely barreled imp Stout with lots and lots of not to smoked whisky. Somewhat salty, lots of really old leather and subtle smoky woody hints in the back. This is one lovely aroma. Lots of flavor also. It's not directly sweet but it has some sweet almost beefy elements that I really like. Surprisingly light oily in the mouth and it's prickling on the tongue. Hard to notice the alcohol before into the aftertaste where where a lovely whisky bouquet rises through the nose. 03.05.2014

Taster, on tap, session no. 3, Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Steady brownish head to an all-black coloured body. Vanilla sweetness on the nose, vapour of alcohol and earth to it. Flavours of Bourbon, vanilla oak, bread. Sweet ending partially offset by a little roastiness. Quite heavy to drink, slow sipper for sure (03.05.2014).

Growler thanks to Sean. Pours a dark brown with medium frothy beige head that lasts awhile. The aroma is strong booze, oak, and vanilla. Medium mouthfeel with sweet roast and oake with strong vanilla as it warms. Very good.

Fliptop @ home, courtesy of Homer321. Thanks bro! Pours a deep brown appearance with a thin brown head. Somewhat boozy whiskey, caramel, toffee, woody, vanilla, very rich aroma. Pretty good carbonation. Dark fruity, plum, fig, sheery, big whiskey, chocolate cake, toffee, oatmeal cookie flavor. Pretty sweet and boozy beer but enjoyable.
