Bottle. Golden color, cloudy. Orange And gooseberries in the aroma. Very Fruity, soft yeasty flavor with Lots of orange And gooseberries. Quite Drinkable And interesting beer.
150 ml. draft @ Arendsnest. Orange, soapy lacing white head. Nose is dull grainy, lots of sweet grain, soap BE/NL. Taste is same, bland, sweet soap. Kveik really? Where is the Kveik part? Most boring Kveik ever.
Bottle. Color: Hazy dark orange, off-white head. Aroma: Malt, slightly sour fruity, soft yeast. Taste: Smooth, moderate to medium sweet, soft fruity notes (orange, mandarin, gooseberry), smooth farmhouse yeast. Light to moderate bitterness, very lightly sour. Soft carbonation, medium body. Moderate bitterness at finish. Pretty nice, tasty. Interesting beer, compliments to this small brewery to brew this tasty kind of unusual beers.
Bottle @ NHBF '18. Hazy golden orange color. Off white head. Aroma's: fruity, herbal (not really distinguishable). Retronasal: herbal, bitterish, light plastic. Flavor is moderate sweet, herbal. Light medium bodied. Finishes rather bitter.
On tap at NHBF'18. Milky golden colour, white head. Aroma is herbal, cheese, gooseberries, floral, yeast. Flavour is light sweet, herbal, gooseberries, lemon verbena, malt, bitter. Light bodied. Weird, interesting and tasty at the same time. Good.
Tap at NBPF. Hazy orange yellow with white head. Caramel and bready malts, light milky yeast, quite herbal, I don’t get much gooseberries though there’s a bit of bitter fruit skins in here. Soft funny yeast too. Medium sweet, bitter and bodied. Decent.
