Bottle shared at dbarnold's, 10/31/15, Thanks Dave!
This is an excellent beer that I truly enjoyed. Has a great mix of tart, fruity, and sour across the aroma and the taste. Just really nice. Funky and tart, while at the same time extremely refreshing. Really like this a ton, great apricot sour with a ton of flavor and a low enough ABV to be pretty damn drinkable. Felt like the apricot was the perfect fruit in this beer, just excellent. As good as the Home, Sour Home was, I think this was my favorite beer of the evening. Dave - Hook me up if / when this comes out next year!

Bottle thanks to Will/Lee. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong apricot juice and funk. Thin mouthfeel with strong apricot and funk with nice sournes. So good

Enjoyed at fridge temp. I believe this is 2012 vintage. Enjoyed in a wine glass. Thanks Eric!

A - Hazy and cloudy bright orange sort of orange peel brightness.

S - There’s that horsey / barnyard funk at first. It’s followed by this bright orange juice citrus (probably apricot) scent. No oak and hints of very sour vinegar.

T - Huge apple cider vinegar sourness. Very acidic. Hints of apricot and orange peels. It’s VERY sour and VERY much what you DON’T want in this sort of beer. There’s some lacto in this but really...vinegar. :(

M - 25% carbonation on the mouth swish. Medium body. The vinegar sits around in your mouth for a very long time. Finish is a hint of earthy oak taste.

O - I was expecting more from this beer. It’s a mess.

Bottle. Pours radioactive lemon with off white head. Nose is strong - lots of oak, cheese, wild yeast, tart citrus, apricot skins and fresh lemon zest. Taste falls a bit short but is still quite pleasant - a more subtle and softer mix of the aforementioned flavor profile which comes together almost like a lemon-flavored soda. Body on the lighter side of medium.
