An amber IPA with 4 malts & sackfuls of Cascade, Challenger & Chinook hops.

Conviction IPA is our flagship beer. Brewed with the finest British and American hops and weighing in at a sizable 120 IBU this amber IPA is designed to leave an impression. A deep amber pour and the aromatic equivalent of a fruit salad to the face. We believe rules are made to be broken and this beer does just that!

500ml bottle from Scottish Beer Shop. Clear deep orange-brown amber colour, foamy off-white head leaving some lacing and aroma of tropical fruits, mamalade, citrus & pine, hops. Taste is earthy malt caramel with orange, grapefruit & woody hop bitterness. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, very drying bitter finish. Quite drinkable IPA.
