Bottle from the brewery. Interesting! Reminiscent of an oud bruin initially, but then has a interesting black treacle element in the background. Aroma has bit of plastic, sharp sourness, malt and spice. Taste is very unique, citrus, sourness, but sweet at the same time. Definite bitterness, licquorice, touch of spice. Can't quite get to grips with it. Think I like it though. Extra points for uniqueness.
Bottle - Sour cherry. Murky red with a small white head. Light soured cherry and some earthy notes.
Bottle thanks to John. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head. The aroma is oak and brett. Medium mouth with dark fruit, fig, wood, very good.
Sampled from a 0.75l bottle @ Top Hops (BA) Bottle Share. This is a cloudy amber brown colored one. It has near no head but what little is there looks light sidesticking and beige in color. The nose is a little soapy in a way. I get herbs, leather and thyme. In the taste it's light tart with brett, wood, old ripe sweet fruits and some of that leather found in the aroma. Have to say that there is a lovely deep taste in this. Wish I had a bit more time (alone) with the bottle before it disappeared... 15.06.2013

Bottle. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose/taste of red wine, nuts, chocolate, caramel toffee and fruit cake. Hints of citrus and lemon. Finishes with red vinous notes and a splash of Brett. Medium body.
Bottle with Doodler and Co. Thanks everyone! Dark caramel orange appearance with a tan head. Mildly bretty, mildly sour, dark caramel, toffee, unique aroma. Bretty, some acidic sourness, caramel-toffee malty flavor with a dry, acidic finish.
750 ml bottle from the source, at the DC last minute ticker tasting, courtesy of me - thank me very much! Murky maroon brown, no significant head or lacing. Aroma of sour plums, raisins, and peaches soaked in wine (we used to eat them that way in Sicily when I was a kid). Taste is sour and funky dark fruits, sweat and animals. Nice stuff.
