Cask @ The Southern, 22-26 South Clerk Street, Newington, Edinburgh, Scotland EH8 9PR.Hazy to murky medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus - lime, orange - mandarin. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120421]

cask at the Southern ... from last nights memory as the rating didnt save.. golden yellow ... white head ... soft fruity nose ... light fruity hop and a huge amouint of bitterness.. i really didnt like how bitter this was. interesting but too bitter for me
