Bottle 12fl.oz. @ home.[ Courtesy of Secret Summer Santa ]. Clear dark black colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, burnt, caramel, chocolate, wood, smoke, alcohol. Flavour is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, coffee beans, alcohol burn in the nice way ;O). Body is medium to full, texture is oily and smooth, carbonation is soft. [20110904]

Bottle. Very dark brown. Aroma is boozy chocolate, balsamic vinegar. Taste is boozy chocolate also, smooth but with a bit of bite at the finish. Nice.

Courtesy of tpd975 ... straight out of district 1 voodoo box. Don’t pay attention to the cheap label of this beer, this one is one sweet and amazing brew. Pours a nice pitch black with nice brownish head. Beer leaves this nice thick golden lace when you swirl the glass ... a sure sign of something unique. Aroma and taste were very similar. Good notes of the bourbon barrel, nice roastiness malts and chocolate. Beer has a really low carbonation, no head. Subtle use of fruits and vanilla.
