Spice ale made for the Burgundian Babble Belt, with a rocky, yellowish, stable head and cloudy peach blonde colour. Herbal and complex aroma with soft bready malts in the background, star aniseed, cloves, orange peel, cardboard, honey, ginger, hay; taste orangey and a bit honeyish, maltier in the middle with lots of interesting spiciness going on, ends surprisingly sourish with only mild hopping, almost lambic-like, but the spices linger on equally long. Again a pretty weird, spiced concoction from this fascinating brewery.
Bottled. Cloudy golden, faint head. Funky citric winegum aroma. Quite dry and juicy with slender body. Intriguing flavours of tropical fruits, winegums and white pepper. Low bitterness. Nicely drinkable, funky full flavoured saison - typical Fantôme style.
Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Nice golden color with a thin white head. Funky aroma, yeast ,hay, grain , lemon. Dry , funky taste, lemon, bretty, horse blanket. Dry finish. Nice.
0.75l bottle @ RBNAG11. Pours a clouded yellow-strawish body with a low sidesticking bubbly just off-white head. Aroma is rhubarb-sourish, grapefruit-citrus, orange zest, spices, pepper and paper. Different stuff! Average carbonation with a oily-fizzing mouthfeel. Lot's of citrus flavors, some grape, mouthdrying herbs and spices in the finish. Interesting, but not something I have to try again.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks G.V.!). Hazy yellowish orange colour with big slightly off-white head. Aroma is spices, herbs, mild honey and some yeastyness. Flavour is yeast, spices, honey, quite straong malts and mectary notes as well. No farmyardy notes when cold, but those show up as it warms up a bit.
