BAF 2018. Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft. Very dark brown amber. Nose is oily sweetish, sweet liquorice, weird sweet herbal cookie. Taste is weird overripe sweet apple, flat, apple core fermenting syrup beer, rotting, strange sweet, heavy cherry compote, overripe cherry, cinnamon, cookie,…. Flat oily. Weird.

Tap at the Borefts after Festival 2018. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light red berry fruit, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, light sour with a smooth, roasty, light citrus fruit, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Sampled @ BAF Rotterdam 2018. A black beer with a small off-white ring. Aroma of dark red fruits, cherries, dark malt, apples. Taste of riped dark fruits, cherries, apples, dark malt.

7 3 7 3 15Draft at Kaapse 4th Anniversary Festival ‘18. Near black with a small beige head. Aroma of cola, herbs, chocolate and toffee. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Kaapse Anniversary. Almost black with brown head. Cola, sweet malts, light chocolate, vanilla, spekkoek indeed, cinnamon. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slick feel.
