Bottle sample at Top of the Hops Biloxi. Hazy golden color. Aroma of spiced caramel. Taste is light toasted nuts. Interesting.

Bottle. Faint sweet malty aroma. Hazy amber with a small beige head and some spotty lacing. Light caramel malt flavor, and a bare hint of bitterness in the finish. Not really unpleasant, just very little aroma or flavor

Bottle 12fl.oz.Light unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, rye, moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet soft malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110622]
