Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, earth - honey, overriped apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, honey - earhy sweet, late finish is peppery burn spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100427]
