Bottle. brown color. Beechwood, smoke in the aroma. malty sweetish smoky flavor with beechwood, caramel. Medium bodied. Nice, well balanced.
330ml bottle bought at The Beer Shop in L'Alfas del Pi. An off-white head dissipating over a dark brown coloured body. Crocheted lacing on glass. Smoked malty aromas, rather sweet. Smoked malty flavours of meat and tobacco, a caramel touch beneath alongside impacts of dried fruits towards the ending. Medium plus bodied. Pretty alright. (Hotel room, Albir 29.03.2019).
Red brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour are of smoked paprika and meat. Metallic. Hard work. Can work with food but not as a stand alone drink.

[ As Oersoep Chain Smoker ].Hazy - murky medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, smoke, meat, smoked meat, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170924] 7-3-7-3-14
Bottle. Color: Clear ruby, thin off-white head. Taste: Rather complex mix of malt, notes of smoke and caramel, hints of bacon. Some dry, floral and grassy, spicy bitterness coming in towards and at finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Bit creamy. Nice one.
Glass, brown beer, small head. Aroma is tobacco, smoke, malt. Taste is the same, sweet, bitter, more tobacco than smokey, weird.
Tap at Rootz, Den Haag. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a long-lasting thin white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is dry smoky bacon. The flavour is moderate dry mineral bitter with a crisp mineral metallic dry smoky roast palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
