0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 05/09/2017. deep red color, almost no head (just some tiny bubbles). smells cherries, sour cherries, cherry pits, stone fruits, bit citric, very nice smell. full body, very light carbonation. tastes cherries, citric, grassy, earthy, cherry pits, bit lactic. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of cherries, cherry pits and some lactic notes. nice one overall, but rather dry / a tad too much on the lactic side.
Bottle pretty standard 3F kriek, except the head is quite fizzy and doesn't last. Lovely cherry and funk aroma. No honey. On the sour side. Good.
thanx for bottle

Bottle at home. Completely still. Lingering cherries, faint sweetness, quite acidic.
Bottle at home. Assemblage 45 s16/17. Ruby red with some thin head. Massive cherry 🍒 fills the room. Sweet and sour, fresh cherries, not the overcooked kind. Some sweet and some unripe, yet rich and juicy. Goodeberries and marzipan. Little sharp sting and some fondant sweet marzipan notes straight underneath, followed by pure fruitjuice and a light funky lambic finishing note. Pretty damn good. Much better than the last bottle of 3f oude kriek I tried (which was more toward cooked cherry and blood iron with raging sharp acidity — and yet still good and enjoyable). Drinks like a daydream.
Mooie friszure kriek met zachte droge afdronk. Nice .
28-09-19 and 24-12-19 // 750ml both from the brewery. As 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek (season 16 - 17) Blend No. 45 Lovely deep red coloured. Intense cherry notes. Very dry sour. Good fruit notes. Great.
37,5cl bottle (bottled 17/05/18, BBF: 26/10/38, 7,1%) from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels, my #5500. F: no real. C: dark deep red, hazy, opaque. A: a lot of cherries, very fruity, 3F funky, woody, brett, red sour berries, bit vinous, gooseberries. T: a lot of sour cherries, red sour berries, woody, funky, brett, bit puckering, nice honey touch, cherries skins, bit soft lemon, almost no carbonation, this is very nice, fully enjoyed.
Bottle thanks to Kanne. Pours hazy red, almost still, no head. Notes of vibrant cherry juice, pits, almondy, lightly 3F funky but pretty straight up, a little sulphuric on the nose in the beginning but quickly settles for a nice, balanced kriek. Excited to see how this will develop.
