Bottle. Pours cloudy lemonade with white head. Nose is salty leather, mixed fruits and grassy hops. Taste is lots of vegetables, yeast, plankton, dry abrasive wood chips, hemp seed, heavy rope and lemon. No bitterness. A bit overcarbonated. Lighter body.

Bouteille 33cl.

Bottle @ KBF in Geel. Hazy yellow, white head. Aroma of citrus and malts. Flavour is malts, citrus, hops. Bitter finish. A bit thin. Gets better when it warms up. Resembles a wheat beer, I suppose that makes this a weed beer.

Amber-orange with just off-white fluffy head. Very spicy nose, with pepper, nutmeg & hops; slight hint of caramel. Bitter, as in vegetable- & slightly hoppy flavour. Finish is malty-caramel again, just-not-sweet, and peperkoek soft gingerbread. Medium bodied, very lively beer with both titillating and sparkling feel, without getting fizzy. Aftertaste is quite sweet, with even more explicit peperkoek. Another surprisingly good offering from Bouillon. And arguably the best Mary Jane beer sampled so far.

Bottle Clear, blond body with a sparkling white rocky head. The aroma is not intense, but some hops and oranges are perceivable. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour. As the aroma, the flavour is not very intense nor complex but it is ok. Not bad. A typical Bouillon beer.
