Tap @ Uiltjebar. Golden blonde, hazy. Malty, breasy, lemon, indeed something you could describe as cheesecake. Soft floral notes. Pleasant starter.

On tap at Uiltje Taproom. Hazy golden yellow colour, creamy dense white head. Aroma of lemon zest, vanilla, sugar powder, wheat. Flavour is light tart, lemon, lemon zest, vanilla, raw wheat, wheat, light tart finish. Light bodied, prickly carbonation. Nice, but a touch too much vanilla for me.

Tap @ Uiltje bar, small sample, thanks kermis. Hazy pale yellow color. White head. Aroma’s: weird, sweetish, dark malts/gebrand, perfumy. Retronasal it’s perfumy, sweet’n’sour, cheesecake. Flavor is light sour, fruity. Light bodied. Short finish. Nice gadget.

Draft at Uiltje. Golden hazy pour. Aroma of soft tart wheat, lime and cream. Taste has soft sweet wheat, lime, vanilla and surprisingly enough indeed the sweet creamy cheesy flavor that a cheesecake has. Very well done.

Draft at Uiltje 2nd Anniversary. Cloudy golden dull orange with an off white head. Aroma of cheesecake, lemon, biscuit and light yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Brewery Taproom. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Shampoo, sinterklaasschuimpjes, marzipan, cantucci cookies, milk skin, cheesecake, big flower petals. Medium sweet, light sour, light bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Dry, big floral, bit sickly lactic.

Tap at Uiltje Taproom. Hazy yellow with white head. Italian almond cookies, griesmeel pudding, light dry grains, soft sweet lemon, cheesecake, apple pie. Lots of apple pie with almonds actually. Light sweet and very light bitter. Under medium bodied with dry finish.
