Bottle during RBWG thanks to diego. Cloudy orange with small white head. Aroma is fruit and yeast. Dark fruit, caramel, nice tartness and dry finish. Very nice.

Bottle. Cloudy amber brown color, medium white head. Aroma of funky maltiness and apple cider. Taste is sour enough to turn my cheeks inside out, holy cow! The acetic sourness overwhelms all else.

Bottle thanks to ygtbsm94. I’ve been wanting to try this for some time. Pours a murky cider color. Nose and taste of light vinegar, oak, tart fruit, fermented orange peels, honey combs and basement funk. Taste is much more sour and acidic than the nose with an initial nuttiness before the rest of the flavor profile kicks in. Nose is a bit muted. Taste is holding up quite well.

Bottle 75cl. @ Papsoes blindtasting. [ Bottle #30. ]Clear medium orange color with virtually none head, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is barnyard, leather, acetone, lemon, flowers, breet. Flavor is light to moderate sweet, heavy acidic, acetic - vinegar and sour with a long long long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finsh feel is light alcoholic or maybe its acetone. But quit nice. [20090501]

No head ot speak of; nearly clear orange-amber beer. Very citrussy, leathergrease, lemon, flowers and obvious Brett. Some acetic even, lots of lactic. Dry taste, bit of liquorice over the mild lactic acid, more lemon touch, and just a touch of caramel. Dry, sharp sourish MF, but no real acidburn. Nice, somewhere between sour ale and gueuze (rather than old lambic). BIg thanks to CK!

750mL from toncatcher/kkearn. Pour is dirty, murky golden, all thick and messed up color. Has a small head. Aroma is very acetic, all damn aceto, its sweet burnt acid. Its a bit too much, my nose is on fire. Taste is a bit more acceptable, less overly acetic, but still strong. Plenty of green apple. Strong dry, strong vinegar, big kick at the end. At times even hard to drink. I like sour but I need more sometimes, and this just goes overboard sometimes.
