0,75l from bottle at the Brewery. Deep red hazy color, small white head. Smells berry notes, grapes, earthy, light beetroot, light plum. Nice to very nice smell. Tastes peppery, vinous, earthy, bit citric, grassy, almost herbal. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, peppery and earthy notes. Not very grapes forward, but somehow this gets better and better, great lambic. Lovely

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Surprisingly bland at first but given time to open up in the glass it’s marvellous!

On tap at Green Bench (Zwanze Day). Pinkish/red pour with a fleeting white head. Funk and berry bouquet. Tart with classic horse blanket lemon zest Cantillon notes that give way to marvelous vinous and barrel notes. Good body and mouthfeel. It's very nice but going side by side with '15 Saint Lamvinous this beer came up short.

Bottle @ Cantillon. Pours light hazy dark red with small white edges. Aromas is very tannic, vinegar, oaky, red apples, vinous. Taste is super tannic, lots of vinous fruity notes, citrus, some hay and stable notes. Like a very bretty natural wine. Super nice!

Very nice. Totally vinous, rich and fruity, red grape, some cherry too, sourness is lovely and subtle, but comes at the finish. Well rounded, slight sharpness. Great stuff. Low carb.

Bottle at Cantillon. Pours a dark purple with small pinkish head that lasts. The aroma is strong grape skin, oak, funk. Medium body, jammy, vinous, light tartness, oak, nice funk, enjoyed this.
