Bottle @ Cantillon. Pours light hazy dark red with small white edges. Aromas is very tannic, vinegar, oaky, red apples, vinous. Taste is super tannic, lots of vinous fruity notes, citrus, some hay and stable notes. Like a very bretty natural wine. Super nice!
Very nice. Totally vinous, rich and fruity, red grape, some cherry too, sourness is lovely and subtle, but comes at the finish. Well rounded, slight sharpness. Great stuff. Low carb.
Clear dark red colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have cherry and redcurrant. Not overpowering too much. Just not my thing.
