Fermented with the uber-tropical Brett Trois strain, this beer is radically different from your typical IPA or Brett beer. It is a laser beam of pineapple, with a towering Citra/Centennial/Chinook aroma. Totally unique, unlikely to be made again soon.

The very first beer out of our Brett tank, Neverwhere is a totally unique animal. It is a laser beam of pineapple/mango/tropical fruitiness from the Brett Trois and heaps of Citra, Centennial, and Chinook hops. Why isn't it sour/musty/horse blankety? Read this blog post! Here's the homebrew recipe.

Bottle. Great aroma. Orval with a load of tropical fruit. Pineapple, mango, citrus, orange and of course the brett. Taste is great too. Less immediately amazing but as it lingers it just improves. Very easy drinking, loads of tropical fruit again, very dry, some kind of black cherry too. Amazing stuff.

Hazy golden color. Modest brett and tropical fruit nose. Medium full body with tons of tropical fruit and brett is fairly subdued with moderate bitterness. The parts come together really nicely. Super well executed.

On tap at CBC 2016, day 2. Pale yellow with a white head. Brett dryness, orange zest, subtle tropical fruit (less than I expected, anyhow).
