Another ridiculous bottle shared by Marc at the LCBS 10. Wow, this is one sour lady. Aromas of barn, hay, and horse blanket. The taste was outrageously sour and bitter with grape and peach flavors.....
Bottle - Generations Lambic Share - pours orange gold white head - nose and taste of white wine, funk, lemon funk and horsey funk - medium body
Bottled (thanks a million to Sir Lövenlund). Goldeny amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is wood, some tartness, wooden barrels and rather pleasantly sour. Flavour is tart wood, some mild notes of earthy and floral notes. Big dry and tart wooden notes in the finish. Really pleasant. Very mouthdrying.
Bottle 75cl. @ home. [ Vintage 2005 ]. [ My Rating #7000 ] This was our christmas evening beer after all the good food and the gifts from santa and the family *
Bottle - sampled at the RBESP 2005
Cloudy yellow, creamy lacing head.Sour aroma - barn, citus. Nice barnyard flavoring, light body - and overall a relatively light lambic.
Bottled. Cloudy golden. Tart, typical Cantillon style acidic aroma plus some woody notes. The vinous character is very subtle, and it’s light sweetness just rounds of the citric acid a little. Very elegant and complex. Just superb.
