bouteille 33cl.
Bottle 33cl @ home.Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, smoked malt, moderate to light heavy yeasty, leather grease, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (040708)
Bottled. Bottle doesn’t say fumée, but it is clearly smoked. Cloudy orange brown color, short off-white head. Aroma of smoked malt, peat, some orange as well. Taste is strange, sticky sweet, slight sour. Not at all like the aroma. But i’m still confused whether this beer is or is not the fumée.
Bottle: Poured a murky brown with thin off white head. Aroma is full malt with some smoke. Taste is a smokey malt, very transparent to the aroma. The finish is dry with a tangy zip. I really like this beer and don’t get the critics.
Bottled. Cloudy dark amber. Acidic lemony peachy nose. Tart and slightly caramelly . Obviously infected with citric acid and vinegar that covers everything. The lactic acidity available in all Millevertus beers goes berserk here killing everything.
Bottled. Amber colour, medium beige head. Aroma is sour, slight juniper noteable along with slight yeast. Flavourwise it’s enormously acidic, but sitll some fruits and berries can be found. Infected bottle? Will re-rate, when I get the possibility to.
Bottle. Slightly sweet and spicier aroma than regular pale ale. Orange colour, small white head. Bitter, slightly malty flavour.
Amber-orange, small yellowish rim. Oxydised, metallic nose, and quite malty. Nutty taste, yet this beer isn’t anything but old. Cookie malts, cake. Dusty texture, slight slickness. OK, but tastes prematurely aged.
