Draught@Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Ambery brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some sweet malts, alcohol, rye and some fruity hops too. Flavour has quite similar elements as the aroma, but is also very boozy, so this one is rather hard to drink.

Bottle. Color: Dark copper, thin off-white head. Aroma: Dark red fruit, rye, vanilla. Taste: Rye, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla, herbal, anise and light boozy and oak hints. Medium sweet, lightly bitter. Medium to over medium body, soft carbonation. Long lasting finish. Nice one, pretty complex and well balanced flavours.

Dark briwn color, off-white head with short retention. Aroma has notes of caramel, molasses and toasted malts. Flavor is sweet, notes of burnt caramel, honey, ripe fruit. Sweet and caramelish final, creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle. Bronze color. Aroma has caramel, raisin, figs, vanilla, oak, molasses and toffee. Taste has raisin, caramel fudge, oak, boozy ripe fruit, vanilla, subtle smoke, rye, malt and figs. Really smooth mouthfeel. Nice dessert barley wine.

Draught Small pale tan head over reddish dark brown beer. Very nice red fruit-laden nose, runny cheese, blue cheese, raisins, nuts, fusels. Absolutely great vinous flavour with red & dried fruit, dates, hops, raisins, dried cherries and blueberries, goji berries. Further quite some vanilla and fusels. Quite well-bodied, alcoholic, feeling well-carbonated. Excellent! A Barley, sorry, Rye Wine in the best way. 8/4/8/4/17
