Bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Very herbal spicy aroma. Mint, anis, apple. Sweet and sour flavor. Caramel, apple. Spicy notes in the finish.

At Brett Fest 2017. Aroma of pine, funk, forest berries, malt and yeast. Taste has lots of herbs, with anise, tart, dry yeast, nettle and berries. Nice forest beer.
Bottle in front of De Bierkoning, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017, with the Dutch RB crew. Murky light brown color. Aroma’s of fruit, drop/licorice, herbal, a bit urine, funky. Retronasal it’s toasted, sweetish, funky, sourish. Flavor is moderate sour, moderate sweet, fruity. Light bodied. Low carbo. Finishes wheaty, light sour.
Bottle sampled at Bierkoning. Hazy orange brown, off white head. Overripe sour red fruits, light lactic, thyme, light balsamic, dank grass. Just medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Decent enough.
