24-11-19 // taster at Muted Horn Nose is not fantastic. Taste is rich wineous. Farmhouse yeasty. Barrel. Warming up getting a little wilder and more sweaty.
Tap at the Santa Cruz Taproom. Nose is lemon, grapefurit, a touch of spoilt milk and some fecal notes. Elegant flavor is lemony, white grapes, lactose, medium to low sourness. Nice, spritzy carbonation makes it quite champagne like. Just that slight fecal note detracts.
Semi hazy golden with a thin off-white head. Notes of stone fruit, mineral funk, citrus, light grapefruit, light medicinal bitterness. Really nice. --- Beer merged from original tick of Foudre #2 on 04 May 2018 at 22:18 - Score: 8
Bottle shared at Kermis’ last THT. Hazy yellow with white head. Soft spicy yeast, wheat, sour grains, light glue and herbs, light flowers, lactic notes, apricot and lemon. Over medium sour and under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Nice!
