Originally brewed at Seabright Brewery in the very early days of our inception, Bright Sea Blonde is a barrel-aged, Belgian-style Blonde Ale with lemon zest and grains of paradise. Fermented initially in stainless steel with a yeast strain known for clean features and mellow phenolics, months of barrel aging with our house culture develops Bright Sea Blonde into a crisp ale containing ripe notes of funk, bright citrus, and late-season melon.
