Back in Normandy to perpetuate the family tradition, Ginette and Jean-Luc Cenier created the farm in June 1994 with the resumption of milk production from the farm of Ginette's parents and the creation of the cider workshop located on the tourist circuit of the Route du Cider near Cambremer.

On the hillsides of the Pays d'Auge, we operate 80 Ha of permanent grassland, including 12 Ha of high-stem orchards. Very attached to the respect of the environment, we manage the exploitation in an extensive way: Maximum valorization of the meadows (pasture), Optimum use of farm fertilizers (compost), Traditional Orchard in Organic Agriculture since 2012.
